Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of GoToRev Studio (studio.gotorev.com), operated by Anthony Dalin, sole proprietor (entrepreneur individuel, micro-entreprise), trading as GoToRev Agency, SIREN 852 990 332, 2 rue Marie Louise, 13008 Marseille, France. By using the Studio, you accept them.

The service

GoToRev Studio is a workspace to plan, write, edit, package, publish and review content on the accounts you connect. GoToRev opens a workspace by invitation, usually as part of its Content offer. The price, duration and scope of that offer are set in your proposal or contract with GoToRev, which prevails over these terms if they differ.

Your account

Keep your passkey and your email account secure: anyone who can open them can use your workspace. You may invite members to your workspace; you are responsible for what they do in it. Tell us at once if you suspect unauthorized access.

Connected platforms

When you connect an account, you must have the right to use it, and you remain bound by the terms of that platform:

Each platform can change or limit its API at any time. When it does, a Studio feature may stop working or change; we will tell you and do our best to adapt.

Your content

You keep all rights to your content. You give GoToRev a limited licence to store, process, transform and publish it only to provide the Studio to you, for as long as it is in your workspace. You confirm that you hold the rights to what you upload and publish (images, music, people filmed) and that it complies with the law and with the platforms' rules.

AI suggestions (titles, scripts, captions) are proposals: review them before you publish. Nothing is published without your approval or without an automatic rule you turned on yourself.

Acceptable use

  • Do not use the Studio for spam, fake engagement, misleading or illegal content, or to break a platform's rules.
  • Do not try to access another workspace, test the security of the Studio without our written agreement, or overload the service.
  • Do not resell access to the Studio without our written agreement.

We may suspend a workspace that breaks these rules, after telling you unless the risk is urgent.

Personal data

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data. You can delete your data at any time from our data deletion page.

Availability and liability

We work to keep the Studio available and your data safe, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, in particular when a platform changes its API. Our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid for the Studio in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, excluding indirect losses such as lost revenue or audience. This limit does not apply to gross negligence or wilful misconduct.

End of the service

You can stop using the Studio and ask us to close your workspace at any time. Before closing it, you can export your content. We delete your data within 30 days of the closure, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Changes and applicable law

We may update these terms; we will tell you in the Studio before a change applies to you. The Studio is reserved for professional use. These terms are governed by French law; any dispute goes to the courts of Marseille, France, after an attempt at an amicable settlement.
