Data deletion

You can delete the data GoToRev Studio holds about you at any time, in one of the ways below. Deleting your data does not delete what you already published on your accounts.

How to ask
- Disconnect one account: in the Studio, open Settings, then Connections, and disconnect the account. We revoke the access at once and delete the data obtained from that platform within 7 days.
- From Facebook, Instagram or Threads: open the platform's settings, then “Apps and websites”, remove GoToRev Studio and choose to delete your data. Meta sends us the request; you get a confirmation code to follow it on this page.
- From Google: remove GoToRev Studio in your Google security settings. We delete the data obtained from Google within 30 days.
- Everything at once: write to anthony@gotorev.com from the email address of your account, and say “Delete my data”. We confirm by email.
What we delete
The tokens of your connected accounts, the account details and statistics we received from the platforms, your workspace content and your account. We keep only what the law requires us to keep (for example invoices), and nothing else.
Delays: within 7 days for data from YouTube and Google, and within 30 days for everything else. Data in database backups disappears when those backups expire, within 7 days at most.
